Player Privacy Note
When you select Verify Report, we send only the completed resident records included in that check: their verdicts, the Flat 5 name when applicable and the full explanation text you entered. Your explanation is assessed using OpenAI's API.
What we keep
We log the exact submitted text, the assessment result, timing, model and prompt versions, and whether a cached assessment was used. We do not ask for your name, email address or account.
Why and for how long
These records help us investigate support queries, spot grading errors and improve consistency. Grading logs are marked for deletion after 90 days. Completion records contain only the case reference, time and attempt count.
Your choices
Your opened Clues locations, last-viewed location and unfinished report draft are stored only in this browser. Clue reveals reset when you leave the popup. Any evidence notes saved in an older version remain only in this browser and are no longer displayed. Selecting Verify Report submits only completed report records; incomplete records and Clues data stay in this browser. The report draft is removed after you close the case.
The countdown sends your entered game answer to the server to check it, without storing it in our grading logs. A successful defusal reveals the ending on the same page. The countdown does not set a cookie or save your answer.
Do not enter personal information in an explanation box or case note. You can play through the Clues experience without submitting a report.
